SocialLift Ads provides social media content promotion services. We distribute your content across high-traffic social media pages to increase visibility, engagement, and reach. All results are estimated and may vary based on content quality, niche, and platform algorithms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

• One-Time Plans: Charged once at the time of purchase
• Monthly Plans: Billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled
• Yearly Plans: Billed annually with applicable discounts
• Free Trial: The 7-day free trial is available exclusively on the Starter plan and requires a valid payment method

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. Refund requests made after the 7-day period or for subsequent purchases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact our support team.

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

SocialLift Ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
